1. Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery: A flat shipping fee of Rs. 300 applies to all orders across Pakistan.

• Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders valued at Rs. 5,000 or above.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Estimated Delivery:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–3 business days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–6 business days.

3. Order Verification (COD)

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a verification call or SMS may be required.

• Your order will be processed once our team has successfully verified it.

4. Important Notes

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate to avoid delays.

• Unclaimed Parcels: If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts or refusal at the doorstep, future orders may require advance payment.

• Damaged Shipments: If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon arrival, please do not accept it and contact our support team immediately.
